In the warm-up, students enthusiastically took part in games and exercises based around interacting with strangers. Then Tian humorously listed the problems and challenges facing the freshman, explained their common feelings, provided strategies for self-adjustment, and prompted students to coordinate their interpersonal relationships, have clear goals, make thorough plan, and start a meaningful college life.

The lectures helped students establish awareness of their mental health and positive adjustments.
