A delegation of faculty members from the School of Fine Arts at South China Normal University (SCNU) visited the School of Art and Design at China Women's University (CWU) on May 30.

Wang Lu, dean of the CWU School of Art and Design, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegates, gave an overall introduction about the school, and accompanied them to tour the ongoing exhibition of designs by outstanding final year students.

During a gathering, representatives from the two schools held discussions over their building and cultivation of talents, their managerial experiences and academic advantages.

Luo Guang, deputy dean of the SCNU School of Fine Arts, and his colleague Xing Penghua highly praised their CWU counterparts for its talent cultivation, academic features and relevant achievements.

The visiting guests concluded that they would integrate the CWU's advanced experience and practices into their own curricular activities and further strengthen bilateral exchanges in academic programs in the future.

Those in attendance at the exchange activity included Li Zhen, deputy dean of the CWU School of Art and Design, and directors of the school's academic program offices.
