CWU Holds Commencement Ceremony for Graduate Students

China Women's University (CWU) held a commencement ceremony for its masters of social work on June 29.

The ceremony was chaired by two graduate students and drew the attendance of school officials, academic supervisors, and faculty from the Department of Graduate Students.

In her speech, CWU Vice-President Liu Meng extended best wishes on behalf of the university to faculty members and hoped them all the best in both their work and family lives.

Liu continued that graduate students should uphold their principles, lead a meaningful and harmonious life, and make full use of knowledge to enrich their personal lives in the future.

Chi Liping, a professor from the School of Children's Development and Education, represented her colleagues to congratulate all students on their graduation, wished that everything goes well in their future lives, and called on them to remain true to their original aspirations and work hard to press ahead.

Song Yujin, a representative of this year's graduate students, conveyed deep gratitude on behalf of her peers to the university and teachers. She pledged that they would bear the university's doctrines firmly in mind and work hard to fulfill their personal aspirations.

In conclusion, all graduate students presented flowers to their academic supervisors to show their appreciation.
