Beijing Women's Federation held an activity to convey the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) at Beijing Intellectual Property Court on December 28.
Speakers at the event included individuals from various professions and industries, including politics, city management, medicine, healthcare, environmental protection, transport and agriculture.
The line-up featured National March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter and National Women Making Achievements honorees, along with Beijing March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetters. As practitioners of core socialist values, they shared their experiences about work and life with attendees.
Chang Hongyan, vice-president of Beijing Women's Federation presided over the gathering. Meanwhile, others at the event included Cai Shumin, president of Beijing Women's Federation, Sun Qianbin, chief editor of China Women's News.

In attendance at the event also included Liang Jiafeng, head of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee Lecturers League, Song Yushui, vice-president of Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Wu Yamei, deputy Party secretary of the Beijing Municipal Environment and Construction Management Commission, and Zhu Xiaoqin, deputy attorney general of Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate, along with other officials.
To date, Beijing Women's Federation has organized 24 such lectures among Party and government bodies, enterprises and institutions and received a warm response from officials and members of the general public. For the next stage, the federation plans to carry out activities to learn and convey the Congress spirit in women's federations at all levels of the city.
