The Zeai Dream Charity Dinner was held in south China's Macao Special Administrative Region on June 9 to help impoverished students.
It was also the closing ceremony of the Maritime Silk Road 2018 Macao International Fashion Week.
At the gathering, attendees included Tian Shulan, consultant for the Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth of the Ministry of Education, Wang Ping, president of the China Next Generation Education Foundation, and Fok Wai Fun, wife of the chief executive of Macao SAR.
President Feng Yi of Zeai Charity Foundation said: "The foundation has always been dedicated to assisting children with autism in Macao and the so-called 'left-behind' children and their families in the Chinese mainland, since its establishment three years ago."
Wang Ping said: "Children's healthy growth is not only related to the well-being of a family, but can affect the future of the whole country and the Chinese nation."
"So, we should work together for the development of China's education and children's healthy growth," Wang added.
Meanwhile, designer Liu Sicong organized a children's fashion show and several charity activities were held at the gathering, such as auctions, from which all profits went to the charity cause.
Zeai Charity Foundation also donated one million yuan to the China Next Generation Education Foundation.
