A wax figure of Chinese actress Zhou Dongyu was unveiled at Madame Tussauds Beijing on May 18.

At the scene, Zhou specifically revealed her preparation work before making the wax figure. Zhou said that she stood still for five hours with exquisite makeup on her face, and the museum's professional figure production team took accurate measurements of her from different angles to capture her facial expression and stance, and she managed to maintain a dignified smile throughout the measurements.

Wang Rui, general manager of Madame Tussauds Beijing, praised Zhou's acting skills and pioneering courage at the event. At the unveiling ceremony, Wang, on behalf of Madame Tussauds Beijing, also presented Zhou with her unique fingerprint, which was created by the British artists of Madame Tussauds.

Fans came to the stage to present handmade gifts to Zhou at the end of the event, and Zhou expressed her gratitude. She said, "I prefer to receive letters. I feel special through their different fonts, language, and punctuation. It would also be interesting to look back at these letters when I get old, so I really appreciate your support all the time."
