In recent years, officials in Mazhuang Village, Jiawang District of Xuzhou City, east China's Jiangsu Province, have actively developed the sachet industry to help local villagers increase their incomes.

In 2018, a cultural center of around 2,000 square meters came into use. It combines the research, development, production and sale of sachets and has provided jobs for over 300 locals.
