ACWF Welcomes Delegation from Sri Lanka

At the invitation of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), a delegation from Sri Lanka visited Beijing and Tianjin from July 6 to 10 in 2014.
The 28-person delegation was headed by Shiranthi Rajapaksa, wife of the Sri Lankan president.
Shen Yueyue, vice-chairman of the standing committee of the National People's Congress and president of the ACWF, met with and hosted a banquet for Rajapaksa and leading members of the delegation.
During their visit, officials from both sides held in-depth communication on their friendly exchanges and women's work.
