The first paper cutting art exhibition of Luoyang City in central China's Henan Province kicked off on July 15.

A total of 306 paper cutting works of local paper cutting artists and young amateurs were displayed at the exhibition, which attracted throngs of visitors to feel the charm of the intangible cultural heritage.
