Jilin (in Northeast China) Women's Federation and Jilin Province's Department of Justice recently selected and released 10 "typical cases" of public legal services for women and children. The cases involved the protection of women employees' rights during maternity leave, the helping of female abuse victims recover from physical and psychological harm, the provision of legal aid to women in need, and the solving of family disputes.
