Liu says the 2025 Report on the Work of the Government, delivered during the Two Sessions, is both realistic and pragmatic. The report reviews the country's great achievements, in various sectors, in 2024, and it maps out sound directions and plans, as well as concrete and effective measures, for the government's work in 2025. Liu says the measures intended to improve people's wellbeing are especially encouraging. The report calls for "taking solid steps to advance all-around rural revitalization," which has been a hot topic during this year's Two Sessions. Liu has constantly reflected on how to better leverage the role of high-quality culture and literary and art products in promoting all-around rural revitalization, and how to bring these products to the people's doorsteps.
Through her previous research tours, Liu has come to realize China's cultural market is full of vitality and potential. Culture and literary and art works can help shape, and reflect, the themes of the times. The products, produced in a certain region, including classic literary works, well-received songs, and prominent cultural and tourist landmarks, can play great roles in forging synergy among the people in the region, as well as inspiring the people.

As initiatives, to advance all-around rural revitalization, are unfolding across the country, various innovative practices are taking place at the grassroots level. Liu hopes such practices will help benefit local development, and she wants to make good use of ethnic cultures to tell China's stories, and to enhance cultural confidence among the people. To this end, Liu made a proposal during the Two Sessions: To encourage ethnic regions to establish local museums with their original features, to use music to present local cultural and historical stories, and to enable ethnic cultures to shine with fresh radiance in the new era, through innovation.

On the new journey in the new era, Liu says she will actively perform her duties and make suggestions, make more visits to rural areas, and produce more, higher-quality artistic works. "I will tell the moving stories of advancing all-around rural revitalization, help farmers live better lives, and contribute to the cause of women's and children's development," says Liu.
