She learned about their difficulties and problems, and asked them what the women's federations can do for them, and how the women's federations have helped them receive benefits from policies and solve their actual problems.

Shen called on them to bolster their confidence, promote the spirit of innovation, and play a leading role in pursuing progress while ensuring stability, keeping employment stable and accelerating the recovery of economic growth.

Shen urged women's federations to explain and publicize national and local policies and measures for easing the difficulties of businesses, set up a communication platform between relevant government departments and women entrepreneurs in accordance with the needs and problems of the enterprises, and take targeted measures to help more women, especially women college graduates to get jobs and/or start businesses.

During her investigation tour, Shen learned about the building of family, family education and family traditions at women's homes, children's homes and parents' schools in villages and communities. Shen called for strengthening the building of family civilization and guiding Party members and officials to develop good family traditions.

Shen called for more efforts to implement the mechanism of school-family-community cooperation in family education and the law on family education guidance, and pool the strength of experts, experienced parents, volunteers, social workers, veterans and veteran cadres, experts, teachers and role models, to become a guide for children's growth, a guardian for children's rights and interests, and a builder for children's future.

Shen also visited left-behind children whose parents have migrated to other areas for work and disadvantaged families. She urged staff members of women's federations to extend more assistance and love to them and safeguard the rights and interests of disadvantaged groups.

She urged county-level women's federations to lead village-level women's federations in promoting the participation of ordinary women in women's work.

In another village in Sishui, Shen talked with women villagers and members of the executive committee of the village's women's federation about their earnings and future plans. She hoped that members of the executive committees of the women's federations at grassroots level will guide more women toward playing a role in guaranteeing food security, raising income, promoting rural revitalization and building a beautiful village.

Shen communicated with full- and part-time staff members of the women's federations, grassroots-level women cadres and women representatives at a symposium. She stressed that the women's federations at all levels should unite and guide women to unswervingly follow the Party's leadership in forging ahead on the new journey, serve the overall interest and the women, and contribute to containing the epidemic, stabilizing the economy and keeping development secure.

Efforts should be made to strengthen the building of family, family education and family traditions and let the core socialist values take root in the families.

Shen urged women's federations to further raise their sense of responsibility, attach great importance to the protection of the rights and interests of women, pay special attention to ordinary women, especially those in need, and consolidate women and children's sense of fulfillment, happiness and security. She also stressed following the Party's leadership, deepening the reform of women's federations and implementing the work of guiding, serving and contacting women at the grassroots level.
