In recent years, a string of plants and workshops supporting shoe manufacturing has settled in Suixian County, Central China's Henan Province, to help local impoverished villagers increase their income. The workshops have resumed production in an orderly manner on the basis that proper novel coronavirus (COVID-19) prevention and control measures are implemented.
