Unveiling Hexi Corridor: A Trip to Ancient Silk Road Hub

As her journey to China's Gansu Province concludes, Xinhua reporter Maria Alekseeva remains captivated by the 1,600-year-old Mati Temple Grottoes, the dramatic hues of Danxia landform in Zhangye, and the ancient Dunhuang art and culture. Each site unfolds a chapter of the Hexi Corridor's past, once a bustling artery of the ancient Silk Road.

More and more international visitors are now coming here to explore the corridor's rich culture.
