CWU Youth Representatives Attend Sharing Meeting of Role Model Journalists' Stories amid COVID-19 Outbreak

The All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) held a meeting on June 3, during which role model journalists shared their touching stories amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Tan Lin, Vice-President and Member of the Secretariat of the ACWF, and Cai Shumin, Member of the Secretariat of the ACWF, attended the meeting.

Zhao Hao, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the China Women's University (CWU), led some heads of the youth's study groups of the university to participate in the meeting.

Wang Changlu, Xu Xu and Liu Lijun, journalists from China Women's News who rushed to central China's Hubei Province after the epidemic outbreak, shared their stories of reporting on the front line of the anti-COVID-19 battle.

The journalists publicized the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and the decisions made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and promoted the stories of numerous heroines during the battle and the epidemic prevention and control efforts.

Some youth representatives from the CWU shared their feelings about the touching stories. They vowed to keep their mission in mind, realize their values, and contribute to the cause of the Party and the people and the cause of women and children.

Established in 2019, the CWU has 20 youth's study groups, consisting of more than 380 young teachers and students. Led by the Party Committee of the CWU, the young members have studied the Party's theories and deepened their learning of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
