LUOYANG, April 22 (Xinhua) — As an imperial capital during 13 dynasties, Luoyang claims to have the country's best peonies.

In recent years, Luoyang has actively explored the culture related to peony flowers, encouraging the development of peony-themed porcelain, painting, and many other characteristic activities containing peony elements. This enables tourists to enjoy both the flowers and the vibe of this ancient capital.
