BEIJING, Aug. 25 (Xinhua) — "Let us stay committed and united to build a community of shared development, and make sure that in the process of global modernization, no country is left behind," Chinese President Xi Jinping said Thursday at the BRICS-Africa Outreach and BRICS Plus Dialogue held in Johannesburg on the sidelines of the 15th BRICS Summit.
