The flame lighting ceremony for the Harbin 2025 Asian Winter Games was held in Harbin on January 20. The event symbolizes the final sprint for this year's grand gathering of Asian winter sports athletes.
The Spring Bud Dream Chorus under the China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF) was invited to participate in the torch relay event of the Harbin Asian Winter Games, where they performed the song "Ice and Snow Warm the World."
During the event, children used their melodious voices to narrate the beauty of Harbin's ice and snow. They expressed the qualities advocated by the Olympic spirit: unity, friendship, fairness, passion, courage, and the pursuit of excellence. The pure and warm voices of the 90 Spring Bud girls showcased the enthusiasm and uplifting spirit of Chinese children and teenagers when they participate in ice and snow sports.
The Spring Bud Dream Chorus project uses aesthetic education as a carrier, focusing on serving girls. Through organizing professional and systematic training, the project discovers the vocal talents of girls, helping them realize their singing dreams. Currently, 56 Spring Bud Dream Choruses have been established in 20 provincial-level regions nationwide.
