Draft Civil Code a Milestone in China's Rule of Law: Lawmakers, Experts

Draft civil code has been submitted to the ongoing session of China's national legislature for deliberation. Lawmakers and foreign experts believe that compiling a civil code is a key event in China's juridical practice and will promote its rule of law.
