Conference on Logistic Services Held in CWU
A work conference on logistics services was co-hosted by the department of logistics at China Women's University (CWU), along with the department of infrastructure construction and the department of the state-owned assets management, on September 16.
Vice-president Wang Jingxia attended and made a speech at the conference. Wang Qinghe, chief of the department of logistics presided over the meeting. Over 40 people participated in the event.
Based on the publication of "Collections of Practice and Exploration of Logistic Management in Higher Institutes", which was conducted by deans in charge at the department of logistics, department of the infrastructure construction and department of the state-owned assets management, the conference is not only to discuss about logistics services, but also a display of achievements on the studies of logistics.
At the conference, the participants shared their experiences during the work, as well as ideas and opinions on theses compilation; at the same time, a discussion was also carried out on how to complete the logistic services. They expressed that the conference broadened their outlooks and made them learnt a lot.
At the summary remarks, Wang Jingxia expressed her appreciations for the efforts that department of logistics has been made in the practice and its theoretical researches. She expected all participants to continue making contributions to personnel training and the development of the cause of CWU.
The conference, on the one hand, raised the consciousness on talent cultivation-centered logistic services and increased the sense of responsibility in the work; on the other hand, it also played an active role to push forward the standard of logistic services and scientific development in the school.
