CWU Holds Seminar on Vocational Values
On December 15, China Women's University (CWU) invited Zhu Danqi, chief human resources officer from Ruihua Certified Public Accountants (RCPA), to give a special lecture on the theme "Vocational Values".
In his talk, Zhu explained the post-90s characteristics of record keeping, highlighted the positive traits of accountants, and advised students on planning their career. He pointed out that today's enterprises pay more attention to employees' emotional quotient, enterprising spirit, and vocational values, rather than knowledge and skills.
Zhu also patiently answered students' questions, and suggested them to work on improving their emotional quotient and courage, and adjusting their own aims to those of businesses. His speech was well received by the students.
As one of the university's Accounting Summit activities, the event was presided over by Hou Dianmu, vice-president of the School of Management. Some 100 teachers and students from the Departments of Accounting, Financial Management, and Auditing participated in the event.
RCPA is a practice base for students from the Department of Accounting. It ranked first according to the Top 100 Certified Public Accountants in China, which was issued by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
