Some 200 employers applied for participation, and 66 enterprises were selected to attend, including China Everbright Bank, New Oriental, Disney English, Decathlon Group, and Beijing Capital Land. These enterprises covered the internet sector, real estate, education, finance, culture and media industry, and were prepared to potentially employ more than 1,900 graduates. After the fair, a total of 938 resumes were submitted, and 532 of the graduates received tentative offers.

CWU Vice-President Song Shengju, and relevant teachers from the Enrollment and Employment Office, and other schools and departments, attended the event. Song communicated with employees, identified their demands and expectations, and put forward several requirements in further finding out more high quality information, and tracking CWU graduates' employment.

In order to provide better services for graduates, organizers set up an inquiry desk for resume advice and protocol guidance. Before the event, CWU's Entrepreneurship and Employment Guidance Center integrated almost 2,600 employment details from 97 other companies, and printed a publication with specific job descriptions. It also published graduates' skills online so that companies could instantly get in touch.
