ACWF VP Gives Directives on CWU Social Sciences Fund

Song Xiuyan, vice-president and first member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), recently made important directives on the report of the social sciences fund submitted by China Women's University (CWU).

Song said that the ACWF highly values the work of CWU, and fully appreciates its achievements in social sciences. 

In accordance with ACWF requirements, the university will thoroughly study and apply the ideas in President Xi Jinping's recent speech on philosophy and social sciences, and implement the strategy of fostering the university with scientific research and teaching, the director said.

Relevant departments have fully recognized the importance of scientific research. They will continue to free their minds, absorb advanced experiences, establish strong sense of responsibility, and, strive to open up a new situation of scientific research and improve the quality of talent cultivation, organizers added.
