CWU Sponsors the Third Symposium on Innovation and Development of the Modern Domestic Industry

Jointly sponsored by China Women's University, the Talent Development and Training Center of All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), "Family Service" magazine, and Modern Domestic Industry Research and Development Center of Science and Technology Association of Old Scientists at Tsinghua University, the third symposium on innovation and the development of the modern domestic industry opened at Tsinghua University.

At the opening ceremony of the symposium, the "Family Action Program - China Family Service Promotion Program" was officially launched. Li Mingshun, director of the Talent Development and Training Center of ACWF and party secretary of China Women's University, Huang Weilai, deputy general manager of the Chinese Publishing Group, and Director of "Family Service" magazine, Cen Zhangzhi, former vice president of Tsinghua University, Science and Technology Association of Old Scientists and other relevant leaders together pressed the start button. This program is advocated and initiated by the Talent Development and Training Center of ACWF, "Family Service" magazine and China Women's Development Foundation, aiming to develop a home health care training curriculum system to provide professional training, promote new technologies in the domestic industry, advocate new healthy ideas on life and the integrity of the industry, and serve the majority of employees, so as to improve the quality and level of this service industry.

The theme of this symposium is "Innovation, Integration, Transformation and Upgrading". Jia Hua editor in chief of the magazine "Family Service", Wu Ying, vice president of School of humanities at Jilin Agricultural University, He Zhong, dean of the Education College of Beijing Union Medical College, Zhuo Changli secretary general of the National Service Standardization Technical Committee, Sun Jianbei, professor at the Institute of Higher Occupational Education of CWU, Zhang Ji director of the project management office at the Talent Development and Training Center of ACWF, chairman Zhang Shaoqiu and general manager Zhang Lei from Beijing Hui Jia Feng Health Industry Group, senior manager Fu Chunying from Pigeon Management (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., gave keynote speeches and discussed service upgrades, personnel training, training system construction, standardization, integration and development and other relevant topics.

The symposium is held annually. Through exchanges and discussions, it is contended to promote the family service industry with a combination of research and practice, seize new opportunities for the industry's development of cross-border integration, promote management and service innovation, study the existing contradictions and problems in family service supply and demand, develop new talents training mode for the family service industry, and advance the professional development of the family service industry.
