CWU North Campus Students Take A Return Move

 August 3, 2017

Some 1,129 students moved their residence from the North Campus of China Women's University (CWU) to the main campus on June 30. Liu Qinghua, deputy secretary of the CWU Communist Party Committee, guided the move.

CWU Vice-President Liu Meng directed the movers on site. Members from the Student Affairs Office, the Logistic Management Office and the Security Department, as well as teachers and students, participated in the event.

Under the arrangement, the first batch of buses carrying all the students and nearly 5,000 pieces of luggage arrived at the main campus at around 5:00 in the morning. The school leaders waved to the students at the school gate and welcomed them.

In close contact with the north campus, all the staff worked together to ensure the safety and efficiency of the move. With the joint efforts of participants, the event was finished in half a day.

Some 28 buses with 433 students returned to the main campus from the Gengdan Campus on the morning of July 8.
