CWU Holds Meeting to Study CPC Congress Report

China Women's University (CWU) held a special meeting in the afternoon of October 18 to study the report delivered to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The CWU Party secretary Li Mingshun and secretaries of all Party branches of the school attended the meeting.

Li read the report made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the 18th CPC Central Committee to the congress, and put forward specific requirements on the learning of the report.

Li required all attendees to study the text of the report seriously and repeatedly in several forms including reading and listening. He urged everyone to truly believe the spirit of the report and study it according to the requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the Working Committee of Departments Directly under the CPC Central Committee, and the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF). Meanwhile, the study should be combined with the practice of strengthening the party construction and the development of the school.

Li stressed that the party members and cadres should think and practice with the spirit of the report, resolutely safeguard the authority of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and keep highly consistent with the Committee.

At the meeting, attendees also exchanged the experience of watching the opening ceremony of the congress and ideas on studying the report.
