CWU Holds Training for Probationary Party Members

China Women's University (CWU) held the 58th training for probationary party members on November 7. Ren Cuiru, director of the Organization Department of the school Party committee, attended and gave a speech.

In the speech, Ren hoped that students would cherish the opportunity to study in the Party school training and learn seriously. She put forward three requirements: establish lofty ideals and have firm belief in the Communist Party of China (CPC); establish a correct outlook on the world, life and values, and have firm and correct political beliefs; learn skills and have ambition to do great things.

Li Mingshun, secretary of the school Party committee, delivered the first lecture entitled "Chinese Dream and The Mission of Contemporary College Students". He briefly introduced the content of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and interpreted the core meaning of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era. Li expressed his expectation on the students to welcome the upcoming undergraduate teaching assessment and encouraged them to make a contribution to the realization of the Chinese dream.

Zhou Zhihui, secretary of general Party branch in the Department of Women’s Studies, presided over the opening ceremony of the training.
