Ma dissected students' mental risk signals from the aspects of language, emotion, recognition and behaviors. Combined with her rich experiences and research achievements.
Ma summarized a QPRARR strategy to solve college students' mental problems, that is, to ask questions, make students speak, rotate their thinking stereotypes, accompany them, report students' problems to the administrative office and track students' record in helping them overcome mental disorders.
During the two hours of training, Ma answered students' questions specifically in dealing with their psychological risks.
The training course made the participants realize the importance of mental health and improved their ability in dealing with students' practical problems.
