CWU Holds Training Session for Work-Study Program

The Student Affairs Office of China Women's University (CWU) held two work-study system training sessions on September 21 and October 31 in order to further improve the university's work-study program.

Aiming to facilitate teachers and students to use the new system, teachers from the Student Subvention Management Center of the Student Affairs Office explained the university's policy towards the work-study program. The system engineer introduced the specific process of job applications and approval and remuneration management from the perspectives of employers and students. Teachers and students from relevant units illustrated the overall process and answered students' questions patiently. The training course covered all employing units and students who take part-time jobs.

The sessions laid a solid foundation for the smooth running of the work-study program. The training courses are part of actions implementing the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities and are also an important part of the capacity-building plan for students with financial difficulties.
