CWU Holds Meeting to Improve Services for Xinjiang Students

The Student Affairs Office at China Women's University (CWU) held a meeting on March 13 to learn about the academic studies and campus lives of its students of ethnic minorities from northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and to enhance the level of relevant services and management.
The gathering was presided over by an assistant to the director of the CWU Student Affairs Office and drew the attendance of nine students as well as their teachers from Xinjiang.
During the event, the director-assistant conveyed a warm greeting to those students, while a specialized teacher from Xinjiang gave an introduction of his mission there and emphasized that he would deliver a better performance of in his duties, by strengthening communication with students and offering them high-quality services.
Shortly afterwards, attending students talked about their lives and studies in the university as well as their personal plans after graduation, expressed deep gratitude to teaching staff for their love and care, and voiced proposals about the running time of canteens mainly reserved for students of the Uygur and Hui ethnic minorities.
The director-assistant said that their advice would be transferred to the logistical services department for further improvement.
