CWU Leaders Elected Members of Steering Committee for Guidance in Teaching in Higher Education Institutions

Two professors from China Women's University (CWU) were elected into the Steering Committee for Guidance in Teaching in Higher Education Institutions (2018-2022) at a conference held in Beijing on November 1.

Organizers of the high-level meeting selected CWU President Liu Liqun and Vice-President Liu Meng to join the sub-committees of journalism and communication and social sciences respectively.

Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the Steering Committee for Guidance in Teaching in Higher Education Institutions has commissioned a group of influential professors to conduct academic research and offer counseling, guidance and other services in relation to bachelor-level instructions.

The election of Liu Liqun and Liu Meng into the high-level committee has signaled that the CWU's professional and academic progress has received much more recognition from the Ministry of Education and the entire profession.

It will also accelerate the university's academic building and promote its influence in the education sector in the future.
