CWU Teacher Wins Beijing Municipal Teaching Masters Award

Si Ru, a professor from China Women's University (CWU), recently won the 14th Beijing Municipal Teaching Masters Award for Higher Education.
The awards event was held by Beijing Municipal Education Commission to commend outstanding teachers from universities and colleges for their long-term involvement in academic instruction with an emphasis upon educational reform and practice for undergraduate students, promoting the development of local education and enhancing the work of college students education.
Si is a PhD holder and an academic supervisor for graduate students at the CWU School of Management. She has mainly instructed courses related to taxation and accounting, taken part in the compilation of many textbooks, and published a collection of academic articles.
She has been lauded by her colleagues and students for the continual reform of her teaching methods, emphasis on undergraduate's research abilities, and her sound performance in classes.
