CWU Takes Measures to Safeguard Safety of Faculty, Students
China Women's University (CWU) has made great efforts to prevent and control the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) since its outbreak in Wuhan, capital city of Central China's Hubei Province.
The Party committee of the CWU held conferences on January 22 and 23 on the epidemic prevention and control work, studying the spirit of the important instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.
The meetings announced the deployment of its superiors and decided to establish a leading group led by Li Mingshun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the CWU, and Liu Liqun, President of the CWU. A work plan on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases was also announced.
The university has screened the health conditions and location of its faculty and students.
Meanwhile, it has worked out a series of detailed plans on duty shifts, exit-entry management, information reporting, curriculum, internship, and examinations and enrollments of applicants for art majors.
