Her Village Education Group Leader Visits CWU

Yang Lan, Chairperson of Sun Media Group and founder of Her Village Education Group, visited the China Women's University (CWU) on September 2, to further discuss the specific cooperation between the two sides.
Liu Liqun, President of the CWU, Zhao Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the CWU, and relevant faculty members from the family building research institute, the department of women's studies, the school of culture and communication and the school office attended the meeting.
Liu welcomed Yang's visit, and she hoped that the two sides will cooperate to study women's development such as how working women balance their career and family, the building of family science discipline and study the family building in new era, in a bid to apply academic research into curriculum development and family education guidance training and contribute to the development of women and children's cause.
Yang expressed her gratitude for the school's recognition of the cooperation and gave an introduction to the Her Village Education Group as well as the situation of curriculum development and training of the Her Village Academy and Her Village Club (under the education group) amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
She also hoped to seek the school's advice on the curriculum system of women's education and training, invite school teachers to participate in curriculum development and course recording, and cooperate to organize family education guidance training.
The two sides agreed to cooperate in scientific research, teacher resources and training and give full play to their respective advantages in boosting women's development and family building.
