CWU Holds Seminar on Discipline Construction of Marxist Women's Theory

A seminar on discipline construction of Marxist women's theory was held both online and offline by China Women's University (CWU) on December 31, 2020. Liu Liqun, President of the CWU, delivered a speech at the seminar.

Noting the importance of the Marxist women's theory to the Marxist theory, Liu pointed out that under the leadership of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), the CWU attaches great importance to the study and discipline construction of Marxist women's theory and has made significant progress in this field.

Liu hoped that the CWU will bring together the strength of experts in the fields of the Marxist theory and Marxist women's theory, further promote the discipline construction of Marxist women's theory, and contribute to serving the women's cause, promoting gender equality and cultivating high-level professionals.

Experts from several domestic universities and the Women's Studies Institute of China under the ACWF had in-depth discussion on the discipline construction of Marxist women's theory.
