CWU Leaders Visit Frontline Workers in COVID-19 Fight
Upon the arrival of Teachers' Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival which both fell on September 10, Li Mingshun, Secretary of the Party Committee of China Women's University (CWU), and Liu Liqun, President of the CWU, paid a visit to faculty members, security guards and workers from the logistical department, to express thanks for their efforts in COVID-19 prevention and control on campus.
During the visit, Li and Liu sent festive greetings to them, and they called on them to protect themselves well, strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, and ensure the safety and health of the teachers and students.
Li and Liu also presented the staff members with gifts, and brought care and warmth to them on behalf of the school and its labor union.
The workers said that they would better fulfill their duties and contribute their efforts to the battle against the COVID-19.
