The 2025 "Shanghe Youth" Advanced Trainee Program is being held in Shanghai, China, to promote exchanges in law studies. Aiming to cultivate elite talents for Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries, the program hosted its inaugural edition in 2024.
